How long until my order ships?
Every piece is printed to order to eliminate waste. Production usually takes 2–5 business days, after which you'll receive a tracking code as soon as your gear dispatches.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the USA . However, we are actively working to expand international shipping in the near future—stay tuned!
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders enter our automated printing queue quickly. If you need to make changes, email us at killerpixelthreads@gmail.com within 2 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to catch it!
What materials do you use?
We print on premium, ultra-soft combed and ring-spun cotton blends (100% cotton for solids, soft cotton-poly blends for heather colors) designed for maximum comfort and longevity.
How should I wash my gear to keep the graphic looking fresh?
Turn the garment inside out, wash on cold with like colors, and tumble dry low or air dry. Avoid ironing directly over pixel graphics!
What is your return policy?

Because each item is custom-printed specifically for you, we do not accept traditional returns for things like ordering the wrong size or a change of heart.
That said, we are not robots.
If something arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or just plain wrong, reach out and we will issue a refund or make it right.
